We want you to love your purchase, and we’ll always do our best to make things right.
Digital Products
- Due to the nature of digital files, all sales of digital downloads are final.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges once files have been delivered.
- A 50% refund will be credited to your Serelith account for future purchases.
- If you experience a download issue, please email us at [email protected], and we’ll make sure you get access to your files.
Physical Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll arrange a replacement or exchange at no extra cost to you.
You may also return unused items within 14 days for store credit or an exchange (excluding delivery fees).
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
Digital products, free downloads, and clearance sale items are non-returnable.
Gift cards are also non-refundable.
