Serelith sells exclusively digital products. There is no physical shipping, no postage fees, and no waiting for couriers. Your workbook will be available immediately after payment confirmation.
How You Receive Your Order
- Automated Email: Within 2–5 minutes of successful payment via PayFast/Yoco, you will receive an email from
[email protected]containing your secure download link(s). - Account Dashboard: If you created an account during checkout, your files are also permanently stored under “My Account > Downloads” for lifetime access.
- File Format: All workbooks are delivered as high-resolution PDFs optimized for both tablet annotation (GoodNotes, Notability, Xodo) and home printing (A4/Letter).

Troubleshooting: "I Haven’t Received My Files"
- Before contacting support, please check these 4 common issues:
- Spam/Junk Folder: Automated emails frequently land here. Search for “Serelith” or “[email protected]”.
- Typo in Email Address: Double-check the email used at checkout. If incorrect, reply to this policy page with your order number and correct email.
- Payment Pending: Standard EFTs take 24–48 hours to clear. Card payments should be instant.
- Email Storage Full: Large PDF attachments may bounce if your inbox is at capacity.
If none of the above resolve the issue, email[email protected]with your Order Number and we will manually resend your files within 2 business hours.
Lifetime Access & Redownloads
- Your purchase includes unlimited redownloads. Lost your file? Changed devices? Simply log into your account or contact us with your order number.
- Free Updates: If we improve a workbook (e.g., add new prompts, fix formatting), you will receive the updated version automatically via email at no extra cost.
- Dated Content Note: The Reset & Reclaim System includes a dated 12-Month Horizon calendar. You will receive a free updated calendar template via email every January to align with the current year. All other sections remain undated and timeless.
International Customers
POPIA Compliance & Data Security
- Your email address is used solely for order fulfillment, download links, and optional marketing (if opted-in). We never share your data with third parties.
- Download links are unique to your order and expire after 30 days for security. Account-based downloads never expire.
- All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways (PayFast/Yoco). We do not store card details on our servers.

We use The Courier Guy, a trusted courier partner in South Africa.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your parcel has been dispatched so you can track your order every step of the way.
Delivery Fees
A flat rate of R150 applies to all physical product orders across South Africa.
Whether you buy one item or several, you only pay once.
Digital products such as PDF planner inserts and bundles have no shipping costs. They are delivered instantly via email after purchase.

Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
Major cities typically receive parcels faster, while outlying areas may take slightly longer.
What if my parcel is delayed?
While we work with reliable couriers, delays can sometimes happen due to weather, strikes, or seasonal demand.
