How to Print Your Planner Inserts at Home

All Serelith planner inserts are designed in A4 size (210 × 297 mm) for maximum compatibility. To achieve A5 or A6 size, you can easily scale your prints at home.

Printing A5 Inserts (148 × 210 mm)

Option 1: Print Directly on A5 Paper

  1. Load A5 paper into your printer tray.

    • Paper Size: A5

    • Page Scaling / Fit to Page: 100% or “Actual Size”

  3. Print as usual.

Option 2: Print 2 Pages on One A4 Sheet (then cut in half)

  1. Use standard A4 paper.

  2. In your printer settings, select:

    • Paper Size: A4

    • Pages per Sheet: 2 (this will place two A5 pages side by side)

    • Orientation: Landscape

  3. Print and cut the A4 sheet in half to get two A5 pages.

Option 1: Print Directly on A6 Paper

  1. Use standard A4 paper.

  • Use a guillotine, craft knife, or paper trimmer for clean edges.

  • If hole-punching for a binder, print with extra margins to allow space for the holes.

  • For the most professional look on planner inserts, print on 120-160 gsm paper (slightly thicker than regular copy paper).

  • For planner dashboards, print on Vellum paper for a cohesive aesthetic
  • For planner cards, print on premium 200-230 gsm cardstock
  • Always print a test page first to check alignment and scaling.

  • Select “Print on Both Sides / Flip on Short Edge” if you want double-sided inserts.

  • For long-term durability, consider laminating dashboards or frequently used inserts.
